    Called at this machine to day found no leaks but had not drained switched to drain it drained away set a program it went all the way drained all ok. but as it was washing it had a clunking noise from inside as if the arm was hiting some thing but the machine was empty (? this loose sprayarm) can any one help

    No it just wont come out its wedged bemind the frame cannot push it through the door catch hole it hits the frame . Les

    Hi Thanks for your in put but think i solved it 😆 Found a round pice of plastic in drain spiget under sink which was acting as a buffer and slowing down water. Customer testing (fingers crossed) Thanks again Les

    Thanks for that going to machine on Monday will have a look . The orangey sticky gunge looks like its coming out of the middle of the heater assy and just laying on the edge. many thanks Les

    Hi Bernie
    Went to this call to day it comes up test end f03 When you switch the machine on it starts with out starting it all so will not stop if you press the off button. Is the thermistor located in the heater. Disconnected but still will not play ball. Can you help thanks Les

    Dave thanks for your help but looked at machine today to find mod awo/d 4505 also it has no LED display but a service light pluse the bearings are shot and the belts come off ripping the wires off the pcb ?worth repair customer calling whirlpool. But thanks for your help Les
