As mentioned by KWatt-contact Samsung and tell them the issues you have. However there will be a limited amount they can do if your unit is OOW. Please stop directing your frustration at those of us her that are merely trying to help.

What I didnt mention before is that thankfully MOST of us have the sense to know if we are qualified to carry out these repairs ourselves and disregard the botch jobs done by those who are lets just say not the sharpest tool in the toolbox.
Just find it irratating when people are told by the mods or admins to quit posting duff information on repairs they plan to carry out or have carried out and refuse to acknowledge (sp?) that it is both unethical and potentially a safety hazard when they post this rubbish…think we all remember the PC fan incident????

Was having a gander in my local Comet store yesterday-its probably one of the smallest stores Ive seen (the phrase “Cant swing a cat” comes to mind…
Anyway it may be just me but anytime you actually go in and want to buy something there is no sales person(and I use that term very loosely-have found theyre mostly just morons in tango orange shirts) arout to help. Lo and behold FIVE of em came upto me yesterday and asked if I needed help.
Was that peeved by the time the fifth one came upto me-told him in no uncertain terms that if i wanted help I wld ask and I was fed up of repeating myself.
Rude? Yes Uncalled for? NO WAY
LOL soz peeps have not had the best experiences with the company and hate em with a passion….before u ask wasnt my choice to go in there-got dragged in 😆

Helo _75 hit the nail on the head-sensor, evap cover assy and thermal fuse need replacing.
If ure qualified to do it yourself, speak to Spares@ to get the parts

Totally agree with that- In order to save a few quid, some Jack the Lad who has no knowledge of how the units function think they can repair it themselves-using the correct parts or otherwise. Dont think they realise that this will often cause more issues with the unit and in turn cause more to repair. Whats worse is that they think its wise to advertise it on these boards. Sorry to be blunt but that is just stupid.
