    Re: GB DAR

    I know that Samsung use GB for all of their washing machine repairs-more often than not the cust’s call samsung to complain that no one has showed up. Also Samsung have to offer a lot of credits as GB cant get parts needed for the repair within 28 days of the engineer first visiting.

    O deary me….. 😥

    Re: The story so far….

    Meant to add that the fridges carry a two year warranty and depending on your postcode the engineer cld be out the next day if a fault occurs. if any parts are needed for a repair if they dont have them in stock its likely the engineer will have em within a couple of days 😉

    Re: Drink Driving

    Dave hope your daughter is well on the road to recovery.

    Personally I think that drink drivers are not punished enough-they are irresponsible and dangerous.

    I was in quite a bad crash last year when a woman came out of a junction at 37 mph and smacked into the side of me-causing £1400 worth of damage. The police say if it was a split second later I would have had to be cut out of the car.

    Turns out the driver not only was over the limit but had no licence and insurance. They got charged with numerous offences and ended up being banned for 3 years and a suspended sentence.

    After the shock wore off I was just grateful not to be injured-as my partner says ” A car can be replaced, a human being cant”.

    Now numerous months later-im furious that the driver did not receive a custodial sentence-In my mind anyone who is willing to drink and drive is potentially a killer.

    LOL Thats an absolute classic Helo!

    Dont think the customer knew to call Samsung and ask how to reset the filter light.

    With regards to the percentage of units failing against those bought-its around 2 {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}

    Glad to hear.

    In case you werent aware, the repair on the unit carries a 3 month warranty with is separate from the manufacturing warranty itself.

    Re: Samsung RS21DGRS Ice Build Up problem

    Will just make one point about Samsung-the Technicians you either speak to when you call or reply to any emails you send have limited sources for their info-as the info on airflow rate for a unit is classed as being only required for engineers, the techs at Samsung dont have it, nor can they get hold of it.

    Just thought Id mention this, as it seems some members think that Samsung employees are going out of their way to be unhelpful.
