We deal with them all the time-only problem now and then is that they cant get parts. Apart from that they seem fine. 🙂

Dont believe it-yet another complaint about a customer havin to pay for a callout cos theyve left the transit bolts in….that makes 4 so far. Was a Currys engineer that installed it and now theyre washin their hands of it-what a surprise.

You shld be able to set the temp by pressing either the freezer or fridge temp button repeatedly until the temp you want to set the unit at is shown. The display will flash until the unit reaches the desired temp.

Most of em have a problem telling a fridge and a washing machine apart….and as for their customer service skills…lets just not go there shall we not 😯

Did you see the news yesterday? OFT are launching an investigation into the the thieving gypos. About time too-dont appreciate being charged £40 when all the bank is charged when a customer is overdrawn is around £2 👿

Samsung ditched Bradshaws and D+G-way too may customer complaints.
They now have a total of 10 ASC’s doing all their white goods work. 8)

Funky-no exact figs available saying how many Samsung units are sold.
With regards to exchanges-of the 2{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} that fail/ require repair, around an eighth of those get exchanged/ credited to the retailer so they can exchange. 😉

The top end models are a bit fiddly. Look nice tho-esp with the dials being flush to the unit.
Only time will tell if they’re gonna be big sellers or not. Samsung arent really pushing em at the mo. Mainly cos theyre getting ready to faze out the RS21 fridges and release 50+ new models.

O and they are advertised as having easy to remove doors so the ovens can be cleaned easier.. pity you need 6 hands to get it back on. lets just say its a bit fiddly.
Only after practicing i can do it but get this if the customers cant get it back on they have to pay for an engineer to do it for them
