Ah I get what you mean now.
(no disrespect to the majoity of their staff, but virtually dropping a machine off the back of a tail lift so it lands and tips backwards onto its edge, and then hurriedly being carried into a customers home as though it never happened is shocking)

Using tennis balls is a trick in the How clean is your house book for drying pillows to stop them going lumpy. Never tryed it so cant say if it works.

ParticipantTimer came today. fitted it and it all workes fine. Looks like the 10 year old dryer will still be going for a few years longer.
