A few years ago I got called to W/M that would not pump out. Ten minuets into the job I discover a condom stuck in the pump!. OK here I am wondering how to explain to the lady what I found, not having the courage I slipped the condom into the pedal bin. Great I thought, when I heard a voice from behind me,” what did you find wrong with the machine and what did you put into the bin”. Quick thinking (unusuall for me) I replyed oh it was just a foreign body out of the pump, wrong answer. She then opened the bin and recovered the condom, the ONLY item in an empy bin!!!! The next comment I did not expect from her,
” The Bars***d we dont use these wait till I see him.

Oh to be a fly on that wall that night

The machine is not in a pub or a restaurant is it?
Beer of beermats and oils and greases have this effect. Using machines on boil washes continuously also used to do this

Going by the date code, was this appliance made in 2002?, if so the customer will have a 5 year parts gtee with Hotpoint , that is until a third party looked at it!!!!
