ParticipantThanks for the info. Went back to this with a bit more time. Unplugged it tested everything I could found nothing so plugged it back in and the code had gone and everything is fine??????? Strange.

ParticipantI’m having a similar issue with one of these. Original fault was no heat so reset TOC. Then dryer would run for 1 min and end the program. fitted NTC (for some reason called ‘door Ntc’) worked fine for a week now the TOC has tripped again. waiting for customer to arrange to get back to it.

ParticipantThanks Dave.
It was a Hoover. Of course it was heater! Odd fault though for the record. If you put it on a spin the pump would run continually, no motor action but also would take in water? No logic but heater did the trick.Michael…

ParticipantI too get this complaint often. I’ve never figured it out. Customers say ‘I’ve baked the same cake for years and not changed my recipe’ . Must be a change in the oven but I’ve never got to the bottom if it?

ParticipantHi. I’ve changed 3 or 4 of these boards in the last couple of months for that fault. All washer dryers. Really easy to swap and not too expensive.

ParticipantThank you. I’ll let you know how I get on.

ParticipantHi. Did you get anywhere with this. I have just been to the same model with the same fault. Fitted interlock but no success. Suspect PCB but it’s an expensive one!
thanks

ParticipantThanks again Dave for the website. It helped me find the part I need. But at £596 I don’t think I’ll get the job. Even if the customer did pay nearly £2000 for the cooker.

ParticipantThanks Dave.

ParticipantThere are two screws on the inner door (black frame) take them out and pull the door towards you. Make sure the door is at a 45 degree angle or the hinge arms will snap back.
