Jokes aside. I take it back there is some intelligence posting look up ken and you will see what a sensible post looks like. I’m all up for a sensible debate but Im affraid that not going to happen on this thread. I think it’s time to call time on it. I do make money at this and after 9 years of finding my own work I no longer need to worry. Bills paid on time and thats a first. I’ve never worked for a perfect company and I’ve never met the perfect engineer. So I think that there are two sides to every arguement, What is very clear though by the above is that the owner of this site kwatt doesn’t want opinions only scare tactics and un-proved accusations. To me that makes this site a mockery. Kwatt as helped twist the knife and tried to silence me by slagging off what I post. Sorry ken I broke the copy and paste rule. Tell the police I’m on holiday for two weeks from today ha ha ha. You can all see my earlier post followed up by kens rant. Let’s hope that I don’t get any dirt on your company ken because I will not hesitate to stick it on here. No no wait that’s right I got better things to do then sound of crap about stuff that I care nothing about.

Ha ha ha. 0800/Jtm same company. So the misleading info by ken shows how he operates and posts to satisfy his own agenda. Also ken read above I’m on holiday I have plenty of time on my hands. As for throwing teddy I’m not angry just setting the record straight. You came on here with the charley big potatoes. I was just stating a fact. 0800 were in ‘which’ magazine for their great service. if ken can’t see te difference between banter and anger thats his problem.
I can’t believe that for over a year the 0800 thread as been banging on and on. Just show the fear in the trade. Get over it. Were getting bigger by the day you can’t stop it so leave it there I’m sure though ken will have to have the last word as always.Re: 0800 Repair

I can’t find any intellectual posts of any sort on these threads. Although I must admit they are some very interesting topics on your site. Although with all the jobs I have in a day I don’t get to read them. Maybe you should use that intelligence you speak of when making up lies about Dasa because I’m afraid sonny jim you should a compleat lack of intelligence on thy one

Kwatt, You seem to be more of a dictator then a moderator, The comment applied to both topics as 0800Repair/JTM are the same as you know.
I must say you only get involved when I post. I also notice that the same people make comments on the same topic over and over again. What I will say is this Freedom of speech applies to everyone. Not just you and your cronies.
Delete this I don’t give a hoot. And on that subject ban me from UKwhitegoods. The only people interested in this site are you and your gang. It’s not a trade association. dasa is the only trade association that anyone takes notice of.

here are some tips on getting paid for JTM jobs.
1, send you spares back on time and you won’t get charged, 2, If you’re going back to a job 3 times (earlier post) learn how to fix them. 3, Invoice on time and your get paid. 4, You only get charged for parts that you don’t use and don’t return on time so again learn how to diagnose them correctly. 5, If you don’t like it don’t except the work.

0800 repair in the july addition of Which magazine. Came top in a cooker repair customer survey beating all for price and repair quality.
Funny though because the two independents they called one left the appliance in a dangerous state of repair and the other was much much more expensive. As for the other two national companies they used well read it and see for youself no surprises there.

I can put all your minds at rest. Sheffield has not closed,
All operations except tech team have been moved to durham.
No contracts have been lost in fact more have been taken on.
As for spares. I dont have a problem as I make sure all jobs were 1 part is sent and another is req as its out of stock. Then the first part goes on hold until the second part turns up. If a job is closed then the spares get sent back and again are put on hold until I get a credit note which is usually 7-10 days from sending back.
Those are the facts guys so take from it what you want.

Just like to say I wonder what the response would be if i sat on here and slagged of other company’s on here that I dont work for.
Obviously it would be a complete load of rubbish as I dont know them so why all the 0800 Repair bashing

I am a time served engineer 13 years in fact . I trained at a small domestic appliance business then went onto MFI, Indesit, Hotpoint and been self employed for 7 years now so whats your point. The guy your referring to is doing very well out of his franchise and whats its got to do with you what people spend there money on.

I cant agree Quinto has never asked me to ring someone else only maybe LG as JTM and LG have a very close relationship. As for Servis machines no one knows them better then Quinto and to be honest Servis machines are simply module, motor, pumps and bearings thats it. Sorry but not rocket science.
Also Im not sure that publicly attacking someone on here is what this site is for.
As I said before I earn a lot of money from working for JTM both as a agent and a franchise
Firstly the m/c looks a mess and i,m sure that the noise would have been enough for a untrained person to become scared.
Secondly its easy to attack someone who cant defend themselves.
Thirdly aint most engineers from working class background?? lets face it if we were all university educated we wouldn’t be appliance engineers .
