Ha ha ha. I only left for a while and look at the carnage unfolding. Thanks guys for keeping 0800 repair a hot topic. I’m so proud of being in this trade, all the back stabbing and mud slinging just shows you the nature of the beast (trade). Please put you hands together and give yourself’s a round of applause. Anyway must go I’ve got maths after lunch. What time do you all finish school?!!

The engineer was in a comet van. Hope your right. I done a store visit at their Harlow distribution centre apparently they are moving their call centre there.

Just spoke to a comet engineer. They are on 28 day contracts. And there all in price repair only generates 2 calls a day for him. And now there upping the price to £150. Good luck with that comet.
Best of luck to the engineers though. My thought are with you.

Expertcat simply posted about a situation he found himself in as do we all from time to time! If I had the same issue with a product, I doubt I’d get the camera out just in case I was challenged on UKW!
FACT. Expertcat makes rubbish up. (No Franchises near cambridge except me and I don’t do re gases)
FACT. Expertcat is big enough to defend himself doesn’t need his hand held.
FACT. Jtm/0800repair not kicked off DASA. (check there website).Next topic. Ukwhitegoods is it all that ??? 😆 😆

Martin. I take your point but all the tounge in ckeek posts are fine by me. haven’t got a problem with it at all. But it seems to me that certain individuals have taken there grudges with being an agent for Jtm against the franchises of 0800 Repair. Remember my first post on here for many months was simply to say that “which magazine had done a piece and the 0800 repair hand came top”. I also do not have to defend 0800Repair all I ask is if someone like expertcat comes on here and makes an unfactual comment about an individuals workmanship then he should show evidence otherwise it becomes hear say. If posted on here something that was later to be found as a pack of lies then it should be dealt with by the moderators and not just left.
Would it be acceptable for me Martin to post about your company in such a way that has been about 0800Repait in recent days?? I think not. If you look on the DASA websites you will see were all the franchises are based (none near Cambridge).
Ok ok. This is my last post on this matter. It’s ok for expertcat to make stuff up but it’s not ok for me to defend. Let just hope that all your houses are not made of glass because if I find the right stones I will indeed throw them back on here.
I think also people can see that expert as run away and hid from the facts as he can’t back them up. What is factual is this expertcat could not have followed a franchise into a fridge repair. As there are NO franchises in his area. That is not anything other then FACT. But make you own mind up gents.

Behaving like an adult is about getting the facts right before publishing lies. Expertcat came on here obviously angry at losing work and tried to discredit the franchises of 0800 repair. Obviously he assumed that Cambridge had been bought by a franchisee were in fact it hasn’t. (I am the nearest to him). Why would I need to cut him some slack when he as made up a pack of lies. The slack that needs to be given is by him towards 0800Repair.

Thanks don. But I already know the answer each franchise is a paid up individual member of DASA and 0800repair/Jtm is also member as a company I knew this last week.
As for expertcat. He has been on many times since he published his lies. My view on this is. Before you write garbage expertcat get your facts correct first this way you don’t look like a mug with an agenda.

Still waiting for kwatt to prove his claim that 0800 repair/Jtm were kicked out of DASA because as I already shown 0800 repair is very much listed on the DASA website.
Also still waiting for expertcat to prove his outrageous accusation about the exploding fridge. Surly pictures have been taken??

Say what you want kwatt and spin it how you want. Personally I’m done with ukwhitegoods. Everyone thinks they know better then the next man. Remember this. All I posted at first was that 0800 was in ‘Which’. And you kwatt decided to attack me about “double posting” a pathetic attempt to deflect from the FACT that despite everyone on here as used every trick in the book to discredit 0800repair/Jtm ‘Which magazine’ found 0800 repair to give the best service. Thankfully customers respect more what they say then ukwhitegoods.
I still see that ‘expertcat’ as failed to come back with any REAL evidence about the exploding fridge due to this I can only assume that it was made up bs again to discredit 0800repair because his workload as dropped.
I also see that kwatt as side stepped the fact that HE said that Jtm was kicked out of DASA but 0800 remains??? How is this so. What are DASA stupid do they not know that they are the same company.
These threads have been the longest running saga on here. I think it’s time to move On. How many more posts about the same stuff are going to be posted over and over again.
Gents make your own mind up by what you read here. But I think it time to call it a day.

Anyway page 8 Jtm thread 2nd post down. Implies that either Quinto is unhelpful or doesn’t know what his doing. And oh look who it’s from the exploding fridge engineer. Where’s the picture of the exploading fridge you must have took a picture. Btw I found the franchise engineer doing regases he was in a pub with lord Lucan and elvis.

Also as a time served engineer of 16 years I’m muture enough to know that there would have been occasions were I have made a mistake that’s human nature. Aeroplanes drop out of skies because of human nature. Anyone who says they havent are a lier.
Hold on a minute I’m the nearest franchise to Cambridge and I defo don’t waste my time on regases. Got any pictures of the bomb explosion fridge surely you would have taken a picture of such carnage.
I pay more own fuel/tax/insurance etc etc doesn’t that make me an independent????

I hold no grudges and banter when it’s banter doesn’t bother me. But the continued Jtm slagging is getting a joke and makes this website a joke.
A few months ago people were slagging off Quinto (thats personal) and could hav put his job at risk And not one mod stepped in. Re read these threads and see how one sided it is.
