    Re: 0800 Repair

Ok ken let me try again. In response to washdoctors questions. The
Dasa logo is not on the 0800 repair website and all the franchises and employed engineers are crb vetted and fully trained. I am a franchise and here is the proof. My website http://www.appliancerepairschelmsford.co.uk. Click on engineer that is me.

    Re: 0800 Repair

My contract is none of your business. Sorry!!

It does indeed say that OUR engineers are fully trained and crb vetted. Goggle the definition of OUR.

All 0800 repair engineers in a van with a 7 ft screwdriver are fully trained and crb vetted. So your point is ??

Sorry show me what is misleading. Can’t see it.

On the subject of morals is it ok to slag of fellow engineers.

And I won’t take the invite thanks. Got better things to do like put a shelf up or sorting out my brown sock drawer.

Kwatt. Do as you wish with regards to advertising on your own website. It’s none of my business what you do. Just the same as 0800 is none of yours. All I’m saying is a TA should be there for its members and not there to exercise there own personal agenda.

    Re: 0800 Repair

Oops sorry read an old page. But as I said I believe dasa to be the only TA. How and why would I support a So called TA that is directly linked to this site that encourages the open criticism of fellow independents. If you want to be a TA look at the dasa website again I don’t see any slaging off. All I see here is and old boys club that is hell bent stirring the pot.

As for your website shame the others didn’t, I guess that makes you a brick however customers will believe that WTA is a trade association. I believe it is not.

    Re: 0800 Repair

I must also point out that dasa are not linked to this website that encourages the open criticism of fellow independent traders as my self. And before you say it the inland revenue consider me legally as a sole trader. And if it’s good enough for them then it’s good enough for me.

    Re: 0800 Repair

Sorry my mistake it’s under the heading “so what is dasa” as for brick or glass. You website states it a member of WTA. At best a wannabe trade association

    Re: 0800 Repair

Ok you obviously feeling a bit lazy. In the joining tab on their website under the heading “about dasa” As for WTA don’t make me laugh. Your arrogance is showing through.

On the joining of dasa. 0800 want all it’s franchises to be members. And as members we the franchises want to maintain their service requirements. What’s wrong with that! Why worry about the logistics so much.

    Re: 0800 Repair

Had to join? No wanted to. If it gives my customers confidence that they are choosing a dasa member then why not??

On the dasa website it states that they are the only uk trade association are you now suggesting that dasa’s website is also misleading ???

Seen the WTA website before wasn’t impressed.

Anyway wasn’t I Told off for double posting by kwatt. Seems the moderators break there own rules.

    Re: 0800 Repair

Ok washdoctor. You web site says “for all your appliance needs”. What about food blenders and coffee machines they are all appliances so you do not do ALL appliances. That is so misleading 😀

And ukwhitegoods ain’t a trade association also misleading

I advertise my self and so do 0800. Best of both worlds. I also have my own clients and customers.

    Re: 0800 Repair

It’s called free enterprise and competition.  No laws against that.  So let’s see who’s got balls. All of you post your websites here and lets pick the bones out of them. Something tells me that none of you will.

This section is called the rumour mill. Not” let’s  slag off the competition”.

What is funny is how so many people on here mainly the moderators seem to believe that they have a right to slag of the competition and I’m supposed to stay out of it.

I have read nothing on here but mud slinging and slagging off.  I’ve been in this trade for 16 years and will not be silenced of censored by any of you lot.

Time to put up or shut up.  Put you websites here and let’s see if you house is indeed made of bricks or glass.

Oh and funky Budda yeah we all know I have a 7 foot screw driver on my van. And customers love it!! Move on please it’s boring me
