I have changed just the t.o.c before but as mentioned above an insulation (megger) test should be performed to check other components

Jockey wheels only tension the belt to the drum
I would agree to first test the capacitor has a decent reading +/-5{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of rated uF
Fingers crossed the motor isn’t seized

If you turn it on then press and hold the programme button for three seconds does it do anything? ( hopefully clear the programme)

Re: lg dishwasher d1453w showing nE

Are you sure it is nE

    IE – inlet error
    DE – drain error
    E1 – leaking error
    FE – overflow error
    tE – thermal error
    HE- heating error

Could it poss be HE ? It might tie in with it doing most of the cycle and even heating up as it can be a thermistor error, heating relay error (PCB), heater fault or overheating fault

Re: Hotpoint RZA34 Undercounter Freezer Thermostat

Connections 3 and 4 usually control the compressor
You might want to meter them out and turn off and on
    3 is usually the common

Possibly the stator (white triangular shape by the windings) that the cables connect into – assuming the windings are ok
Any movement if you just put it on a spin cycle?
If you are not sure how to just put it on spin – turn it off then on the just press the spin button and start ( I only mention because most customers I see are shocked that it just has a “spin” cycle lol)

Rather than break the handle unscrew the lid and reach inside and push over the latch from the inside
