    Re: Indesit IDC75 Belt trouble

Got it all sorted. many thanks. Fan cover came off quite easily prised away with flat screwdriver. Fan came off easily after removing spring clip.Went back on easily. Had a bit of a struggle with getting the 2 self tap nuts off and on again but this was due to me faffing about with a small adjustable spanner and pliers. Like all the advice says, attach the furthest away bolt first then it is easy to manouevre the belt on the wheel then offer the plate to screw in the second nut.

thanks. are there any preferred leverage points/access areas? I’m just a bit scared of breaking the thing if too much gentle persuasion is applied…

Re: WHIRLPOOL AWO 3551 flashing door lock light

Would brushes problem cause the door lock light to flash? I’m just trying to find out what set of circumstances cause the flashing light.

ps I’ve no practical knowledge whatsoever !

    thanks for your help.
