    If not sure try Tony at emw on 01159652118 can supply most pcbs. to test, but can return at low cost if it dosen’t solve fault. worth a try.

    Thanks for your replies gents, but have solved the fault this time, it appears to be the goal post seal, the lenght also appears to be ok.

    Mike, I fitted new glass top to a hotpoint…had simular fault the glass wasnt touching the sensors correctly..refitted again….ok. John
