Thanks i know about the matrix to sump hose that gets blocked up but this hose is spotless i`m afraid, would`ve been nice if it had been this as i was hoping ,sadly it isn`t this problem.

Re: Anyone know how to configure Hotpoint facia module?

The flickering display happened just out of warranty and she has used it like that ever since, which is probably geting on for a couple of years now.
The fault I went for was simply a blocked pump which was easily sorted. Tested machine, worked fine. Returned with the other facia module, F09 error, put her old facia module back on, back to flickering display but now works fine again. Thats the dilema. I think she will have to live with it as it seems to be needing both boards replaced. Thanks for your replies.

It definately needs to be configured as it worked perfectly on the old machine which was scrapped with failed bearings. Thanks for your reply though.

    Re: naardi/merloni integrated dishwasher

If the d/w does everything as you say it does ie fills, wash motor starts, heats, but does not pump out the only thing i can think of is the pcb is up the creek. What voltage, if any, do you get to the pump? Not having any visual signs of damage to the pcb means very little and i should think it is most likely this pcb that is u/s based on experience and from what you say.-fingers x`d it is.

    Re: Zanussi ZWF12070W fill prob.

Can`t remember so i hope i do not mislead you.Is this one of the machines with the circulating pump?If so check that this pump has not not burnt out its windings due to a blockage and taken out pcb power module-not necessarily obvious but when you look at one of the corners of the board you might see a small mark on the top face of a black resistor (and oftern that is all you will see-ie no visual explosions).Seem to remember your problem being as above-starts for a couple of secs then sweet FA.Best of luck.

problem sussed-blockage at the rear of condenser restricting air flow that was all in the end.Seems that as far as i can gather that it o/heated because of the above and via pcb the door lock is activated so it stops.Problem sussed out several weeks ago so now classed as fixed as customer never came back to us with the problem. Thanks for viewing anyway.SCE

I use one of these as well…have done for several years now. Why buy torches with batteries? And rechargeables used to drive me mad! This is definately the best option…gives out a nice light as well. Mike 😀
