I only let go what was in the photos. Kept some of it to sell again. Found loads of vac spares – new 1334 stuff etc. . . wasn’t expecting a lot but hoped it would get more than £3.89 ! I might just put the rest on gum tree or something. Wish I had more time to do something with it all 🙁

Aye that there is. Sad to see some of the twin tub stuff go, love working on them. So much more interesting than all the electronic crap nowadays – proper mechanics! Might have to keep a couple of bellows as I’m still running a 1334.
Actually, we still have an old 375 too I think !

It’s why I offered it on here first tbh. Keep it in the trade as it were. I would love to be able to sort through it and get myself a bit of cash but I just don’t have the time sadly. I just hope someone doesn’t just buy it just to scrap the Ally/copper.

ok, this machine is driving me crazy! Done the reset. which was a laff cos the door wouldnt open so had to remove the soap drawer lid lol. then it wouldnt fill, so pressed the start button with the door open, did it’s usual click click i’m not shut routine. said shut door, did that pressed start, (on rinse) worked fine, door opened. Set it again on coloureds 40 degrees starts, turns, but dosnt fill?? I hate being beaten but think this one has got me. Do i just concede to it being a board fault? what d’ya think?

    Re: Hotpoint spinner – Motor

Yea that would be great thanks. It is the relay start. The original stator had burnt out. replaced it with a complete motor we had and that burnt out too, but i made the mistake of not changing the relay (long time since i done one and i forgot! lol) changed the stator with the original rotor and changed the relay and that jammed up on starting so changed the rotor too and it runs for 10 secs then shuts down then starts up again and goes on like that. Pretty sure the rotor is ok so willing to go for changing the stator again and the relay if necc’y. How much? and how can i get it from you please. ta.

    Re: siemens induction hob fault

sorry yeah, it’s an EH77551E. I thought i might be a board fault. boo. Would the LHS board stop the RHS hobs from working then? I know they’re linked but just assumed the fault would be on the same side?
