Eng called today and tested components all tested ok but couldnt test PCB board so said that was the only other thing that could go wrong and has changed it out for a new pcb, advised it needs to be defrosted to start working fully, but im happier that he actually stripped it down and tested components as last time they didnt test anything. Fingers crossed its fixed.

Booked engineer for Friday, but the temp was down to -3 so i have tried to do a quick defort with 3 hairdryers i have got rid off ice build up but nothing draining out of the rear drip tray, my other freezer has just been filled up so i cant move any food, i am covered for any food spoilage m never had to claim but its now down to -1 until it freezes more. Will the food be ok ?
thay cam out in Feb for the same thing i cant keep having to defost a frost free every 6 months, when he come out Friday whay do i ask him to do if he says just keep defrosting it.

    Thanks Shaun

We use 30 for most clothes not heavely soiled and 60 for towels and bedding but we used 30 ok on our Siemans that went faulty so expect this to be thw same or better
