    found the problem, the door wasn’t closing properly , soon as it was cleared it worked fine

    its not the fuse as it was working this morning but stopped within 5 mins, spoke to local repairers and they dont touch NEFF and the one’s i search for have terrible reviews. Appointment arranged with NEFF £99 + parts but as its a £1000 + to replace i hope its nothing major.

    if its a fuse can you tell what size it will be and can i change it, i wouldn’t go any further than a fuse replacement

    Yes its just the microwave , oven works ok

    Door handle actually broke later on today, so thats what it was the door handle failing,
    new one ordered so hopefully sorted

    Hi Don

    looks like the builders of my extension took out my 6mm cooker cable and connected the existing to 13amp so i will be rearranging the kitchen but want a new oven and hod and the wife wants a new kitchen so it might be moot to double induction over hob. anybody got a recommendation for a kitchen design/fitter Sheffield

    Thanks. I have been looking today and I don’t thin an induction will fit above the oven, so it looks like we will stick with a single oven.
    Any suggestions on what make please

    engineer says defrost sensor needs replacing so it will be changed tomorrow, see how it goes, warranty runs out in October so if it happens after that it will be binned an a new one bought , not an AEG

    Engineer coming today… so i have moved freezer out so he can get to it, there was a drop of water falling from the back of the freezer. blue water stain on floor at back and it looks like the copper pipe out of the back has blue stained water down the pipe that goes to the compressor.
    Anybody help please

    Hi All
    Since my last post it want faulty again, an engineer came out and changed the main processor card at the top which houses the buttons,it has run ok for 3-4 months but has now started to freeze up again at the bottom of the freezer and losing temperature down to -11 overnight again. The last repair was about £150 with parts and labour luckily its under 5 year gaurantee. Had 3 repair visits now at what stage will they replace freezer ? Can i reject it ?
    anybody help with whats wrong with it

    PS just replaced my Siemens dishwasher with a AEG to match freezer in kitchen DOOH

    Hi Martinlooks ok
    Now time to replace dishwasher seems its 9 years old so not going to repair it. Need a reccomendation please I require good build quality, stainless steel, up to £450 seen a Smeg DC122SS-1 but dont know if quality also a Bosch SMS40A08GB which would you go for
