Have you checked the filter out. That can also make a huming noise if someting is stuck in it or the filter.Sometimes you will get it pumps the water out,but very slowly.Stopping at each number gives me the idea it has got something to do with draining water, cause it pumps water out almost every cycle to get fresh water in.But the best idea is to get an engineer out if the filter or drain hose is not blocked.

    Cheers.

Thanks for that again Dave, she tried to explain on the phone what it was but she didn’t make any sense.Came back to me today though and said it is the hinge on the door itself,so she needs the whole door wtih the hinge,if you have got something regarding that it will be gratefull, just to double check with her.If you have got Ill ask a bit later if you have got a part number for it so I can get it from shop@.

    Thanks,
    Cheers.

    Hi,

Following up from Kevin that is all things to check, but make sure it is not the older version, cause they don,t have the infra red,I think the S20BRSB21-A/G is the older version with the steel, rod, arm in the middle of the ice maker.Have a look for that 1st.

    Cheers

Re: how to fix a belt back

claire, have a good look at the belt, and check if it is damaged. There must be a reason why it came of.The belt might even be fine but the bearings is gone and the drum moved and the belt then came of.If that is the case you will need an engineer.Very rare that the belt just comes of by itself.tintin

    Re: Unknown D/W

There is no other way than replacing the whole pump,it is a very common fault on the whirlpool built in d/washers,don’t have a part nu.but it is quite an expensive part and not easy to replace without getting a leak,so watch out for that one.I will have a look,I might have one of them, just need to check for a part number.

    Cheers

    Re: dishwasher no heat

There is a few things that can cause that, but I would check the heating element 1st,might be open circuit.
