    It may sound daft but normally on the back a sticker about 6 inch square

    Air circulating fan slipping?
    Vent hose kinked when pushed back into position?
    If not then faulty duct/ air temp stat

    Sorry I don’t know the part no but that model nos looks very much like a Haier model nos. is the machine made in the PRC?

    Does the start pause button flash in red then green? If so this is the fault code. Send me your email address I will send you a fault code manual which covers most models
