Hi Dave, I think you are spot on.
Taken the Pump out and electrically seems to be fine (nothing untoward, reasonable resitances etc.). I can rotate the main spindle but the small impeller does not rotate! Dismantled it and I think either the bearing or small rubber seals have gone or something else which allows the impeller to move vertically and so get out of lock. A Kit (such as you suggested) appears the way forward.
    THANK YOU!
    Chris

Thank you. I think they sent me the wrong filter!
Can you please explain how the filter gets engaged? Until I get a replacement filter – is there an easy bypass?
    Thanks again.

THANK YOU again Dave – Yes, I gave them the 12 digit code and they have recommended exactly the same one you have. Still not sure how it affixes onto the machine but I will work that out once I get the Pump. Very grateful for you holding my hand. Have a great day.

You will see the Pump does not have a mounting bracket, instead it has a plastic part which extends behind it (other side of black rubber chamber) and this inserts into a rubber ring on the side of the dishwasher body plate which gives it support. It may be possible to purchase an equivalent pump body which can take the plastic support – but I have not found one yet! Any help here will be greatly appreciated as the alternative is to accept defeat and buy a new machine! (which I don’t want to do just yet).

Thank you again Dave. I have had a look at the Website you suggested; not seen the exact Pump but have sent an inquiry (and sent photos). For my knowledge, can Pumps lose strength over time? or is the excess rotor play vertically on the stem the cause of the lack of water pressure?
    THANK YOU again!

Thanks Dave. Yes, I was aware of that and so I removed the bracket and checked all wires were intact.

Today, I run the machine and bypassed the Door Lock and I could see water trickling out of the Lower Sprayer. The Circ Pump was running but not generating enough water pressure.

I let the machine finish its cycle, turned off from Mains, syphened whatever water was left at the bottom and removed the Pump. There appears not to be anything obviously broken on the Pump other than there is a lot of play on the pump stem (vertically) and I can’t imagine this is by design. I have started searching for a replacement part but so far with no success. The particulars for the Pump are:

    – Askoll, Made in Italy, Mod.M 95.1, Art.295106, Cod. 461972474392, 230-240Vac, 50Hz, 0,70A CI.F
    – On the bottom of the Dishwasher there is also a label: SERVICE: 8542 755 15879

I would welcome any suggestions of where to source a replacement part please!

(I have taken photos of the Pump but for whatever reason I can’t seem to upload them here!).

    Thank you again
    Chris

Is there a second-hand market-shop for purchasing such a controller?

Hi Don, thanks for your prompt response.

This is shown just under the door:
    E-Nr. WTS86516GB/05 FD 8704200007

Additionally, these are the numbers shown on the actual controller itself:
    B/S/H 90000216324
    EGO 79.93726.000-35
    T20-A BO
    02-04-07
    KD: 6-3-1-0

    Also:
    E.G.O. 79.056.174-30
    B/S/H/ 9000153238
    BS0179 TE22C VT0002
    070205Al17

Do these give you what you need?
Alternatively – where should I look for the info you require?

    Thank you again

Yes, I have tried another power socket, with the same results. It is not a power fault.
