ParticipantHi all,
I’d almost given up on this, but decided to used it myself for a week or so – I’ve noticed firstly that it actually leaks from the back and not really from the drawer (but the drawer can get full and then leak).
Also someone mentioned to me that it sounds like the condenser unit is dirty, but this particular model is self cleaning and it appears you can’t access it.
Does any of this help further? Thanks in advance

Thanks Don.
The only plate inside anywhere is this:

Is there a way I can test the prongs?

Participantelectrofix wrote:well since it will not fill up each load there are 2 answers
1 empty it more often
2 change the system so it pumps the water down a drain instead of into the drawDave
Thanks Dave.
Do you not know what the issue could be?
Or does, it sound like a control panel issue?March 19, 2021 at 7:04 pm in reply to: Bosch Condensor Tumble Dryer Not stopping when container full #475108Watson306
ParticipantApparently the drawer gets full and then overloads onto the floor.

yes as long as the wires cant touch anything that will damage them or cause a shortDave
So I turned it on with the pump assembly removed and the pump turned.

well not got a lot more i can think of you can check pump wires continuity. after that look at the board and see what controls it
Dave
Is there a way I can check those prongs?
Or is it looking like the control panel?
Could I run the dryer with the pump removed briefly and see if it works?March 18, 2021 at 12:32 pm in reply to: Bosch Condensor Tumble Dryer Not stopping when container full #475102Watson306
Participantelectrofix wrote:see if the pump revolves when you turn it and check the impellor, use a multi meter to see if the coil is ok
Dave
The pump revolves.
The impellor appears OK.
I get a resistance reading with the multi meter across the field, but what would you set it to and what should it read?

Thanks so much for your help so far.
I’m not sure if we have – I think you thought it might be gummed up?
But I can’t really see anything – I could take a pic if it’s useful (but I’m assuming it would be obvious)?
If not what do I need to check on the pump Dave?March 17, 2021 at 4:05 pm in reply to: Bosch Condensor Tumble Dryer Not stopping when container full #475098Watson306

I’ve checked the pink wires back to the control panel and there is resistance on both wires.

There’s two probes into the tank below from those.
I can’t really see any lint or dirt tho.March 16, 2021 at 5:31 pm in reply to: Bosch Condensor Tumble Dryer Not stopping when container full #475094Watson306

ParticipantI actually think the pump you were talking about Dave is accessible from the back of the machine.
I’ve found a little cover and then what appears to be a pump module behind it.
I’ll take another pic shortly.
But I’ve had a brief look and it looks relatively clean in all honesty, but I might not be looking in the right place for the lint.
But I’ll post a pic up.March 16, 2021 at 4:21 pm in reply to: Bosch Condensor Tumble Dryer Not stopping when container full #475092Watson306
