But, and you’re gonna have to trust me on this, it’s the very part you need nevertheless. 8)
Mind you in the intervening years since that link was in place by Dave Conway the part number has changed these days from the old ‘AEG number’ reference to the more recent ‘Electrolux’ (Lux) numbering. And so to be fully bang up to date you actually need to order a 3872079029 in fact.
Just to put your mind at rest why not email spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and have a word direct with Mr Dave Conway and all will be revealed.:D

There are four on that double oven from what I can see, the thermal kit mentioned previously in this thread does not apply to this machine.
There is a thermal cut in and cut out on the roof of the chamber that air is blown through by the cooling fan motor and another two next to the light in each oven cavity on the side.
The 180?C on on the side is this one the other two I’d have to add for you if you need them.

Thanks very much.
I can’t get to fixing it for a couple of weeks but I’ll let you know how I get on.

Earlier in this thread, about 2 years ago, i said the following…
Sasq wrote:Hi Guys,
I have a AEG B1180-1 with the exact same problem. Have verified its the thermal cutout as the fan operates correctly when the part is bridged.
I believe its a 95 degree thermal fuse?Well guess what.. The oven is dead again in a similar way so im sure its the same issue, but i dont recall what test i did to verify. Can anyone help?
Thanks

I have read all the previous posts and I have the same problem. Please could you tell me the part number I require for model B2190-1-m PNC 944181735.
Also, what can I check to be absolutley sure this is the problem? I have looked at the top of the oven and nothing is obviously scorched.
Many thanks.

The 8996619267611 cooling fan control is certainly fitted to that model.
All you can do to check it is meter everything out and check it but, if the oven is cutting out after a period it’s almost certainly that fan control thermostat that is the problem.
