6204ZR and 6203ZR bearings with rubber membrane are water resistant. They are not waterproof. However I think RSH versions are, since the specs say that they have good high pressure water exclusion. But the pressure near the shaft is not much in a washing machine think.

http://master.titol.fi/~yurtesen/CIMG0891.JPGI will soon get the part to fix the problem with the shaft seal. Rather costy, but not as much as a new drum. Costs 16euro.
Updates are yet to come. Stay tuned.

Great news, but I am still missing one part. The part which will go over the shaft seal :p But it will come tomorrow or friday.
Thanks for everything. I hope to submit success next week about putting the machine back into 1 piece again π

ParticipantI have received the oil seal but it is little bit different size than the original.
The original has
30 53/60 10/13
The one I received from Dave is
30 52/60 11/15So it is loose when fitted to back plate. The drum side is little bit bigger also but thats not a big problem I guess. So what are the suggestions now?

Evren, why do you post here and PM me with exactly the same question ?
Go back to the very beggining of the thread and take the advice first given, give up !
I for one am quite tired of this tale now to be frank.
Dave.

Just plaster the back of the seal with silicon sealant and fit it. Wait until it’s set and reassemble.

ParticipantThanks for everybodies’ suggestions on this topic.
I have received the right size seal and installed it.After few washes, nothing is leaking and everything seem to be working in perfect order.
How can one know if the belt is too loose or too tight?
I have realized that when the machine is drying the water goes in and gets divided to 2 places. Some goes to the condenser and some goes to washing powder box then directly to the water pump. Obviously the water in condenser is taking off the water vapour from the air passing by but what is the purpose of the water going to washing powder box?
Thanks

It should have about 2 cms play π

The Candy Alise 105 was not sold in the UK (therefore no direct equivalent to compare) but those Alise models that were produced for the UK market did have a ‘vent pipe’ connected between the condenser unit and the water inlet valve. The vent goes to the dispenser but the water should not flow in that direction as it acts only as an air break.
