    Well this is becoming fun.

Seems that Mr Parker is taking the same stoical line with people as well, but not prolific people it would appear. Interesting that one, think about it.

Same complaints from others, rejections, no parts take-back, rates poor, comparing it all to Mastercare etc. etc. and this from people who have not read the site.

Mr P to me is charm personified, he can’t do enough.

He asked me to supply details of all invoices where they have charged on back-ordered small deliveries. ther were a few, and they are still coming.

I’ve had write offs where I’ve been allowed to keep the parts on the job, I had to invoice seperately, but all settled.

All this won’t last i’m sure, but I’m more than happy to string them along.

This gets posted tommorow if there are no objections:

As I am now full time employed as a director of That Lot I would like to make it quite clear that as I have nothing to loose from naming anyone from Another Lot if an explanation and/or apology is not recieved from the certain person who is not a repairer and not a member of DASA fairly promptly then I shall do just that.

    Re: CDSL

From Roy Fisher, sent to NESN that we have a copy from.

Roy Fisher wrote:I have recently been asked if it would be acceptable to repaircare.net/CDSL for a Service Provider to supply the names and addresses of our clients customers for a UK Whitegoods survey in conjunction with Proctor & Gamble the detergent manufacturers.

As we have confidentiality clauses with all our clients and we like you are bound by the “data protection act” I thought it would would be wise to ask our clients for their permission, regretfully this has not been given.

As NESN were responsible for allocating repairs to individual Service Providers for the period January 2003 to February 2004, I would suggest that it would be prudent from your point of view to advise all the companies used by NESN at that time of our clients decision.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvience that this may cause to you.

    Your Sincerely

Now, before I take that apart let me just tell you that the chance of CDSL getting ANY help from me is zero now. I never trusted RF and my fears have just been totally and utterly vindicated. He’s crossed the line now in so far as I am concerned and trying to feck up something that can help us all, so his interest is not in seeing the troops do better, it’s keeping them under control.

I touched on that a bit last nigh in a PM to Phil, he can tell you the story if he so wishes as it was a private conversation, but I have no objection to it being aired in here and I feel that we probably all should be aware.

I and often Kevin, with the high level of contact and good contacts that we have often see things coming that you may well not be aware of. Trust me, this is trouble.

    Now for the fun part…

Mark asked RF for permission. DP called and said no as far as I am aware, and said a letter would go out to all. It didn’t.

Jason I think was asked and, smart on his part, he denied all knowledge.

To my knowledge no-one else has been asked. So this has not been universally applied across the network and Mark has been victimised basically.

RF until a meeting with Kev just a day or so before this was sent was totally unaware of the content or what this survey was about. Nor has he any idea who is involved, including P&G and us, he’s just guessing. He didn’t even have the decency to call me and ask and, he has my personal mobile and email as well as office numbers, so there’s feck all excuse.

There is NO implications with the DPA, I checked it with a DPA specialist and so did P&G. It is totally legit.

I do not believe that he did check, he’s playing politics and we’re the catch, as in the repairers. It is not in CDSL’s interest to have an organisation like UKW on the scene.

The second but last paragragh, first sentence, is shite. All that is is a way to make an excuse for sending the letter given that NESN have not handled a Currys call in over 18 months so there are no implications even on a warranty basis.

Second line is the purpose of the letter. Sheer maliciousness and trying to stop us from doing something for ourselves, there is no other explanation at all for it. To write to a competitor and ask for support, as well as a company that you robbed work from, basically asking a favour but wrapping it up as a friendly warning is just plain staggering. The whole affair just beggers belief.

I have spoken with P&G on this and I can assure you, they’re not happy… not happy at all.

    Re: CDSL

I have my own thoughts on all of this, what I know is that at my meeting with RF, before he wrote the letter to NESN he was brought well up to date on the inacccuracies of his perceptions. But, he wrote such an inaccurate letter, factually, speaks volumes for his intent.

He actually said to me that if ,we, UKW were to approach CDSL directly they would look at it in a different light, considering what I had explained to him.
He then went away and wrote to NESN.
More damming, is that he does not qualify “who” asked him or that he sought a solution from us before consulting his contracts.

So, I have personally put the boot in for CDSL with P&G, I have laid it out factually to them, their response was not polite at all. I was reminded by P&G that RF approached them after Sibson Feb 2005 for assistance to train all their call centre staff in detergent technology and provide “desktop” help for their operatives, in the form of “laundry guides”.

As Kwatt indicates CDSL have now made an enemy of P&G, we have been instructed to not assist CDSL in any way in regards to Tech Training.

So we are withdrawing from CDSL on the QT, we will only purchase spares where we have to, and ask all of you in here to be “on guard” for casual remarks, only available within the war room.

We now think that they are trying to influence Dasa, through their involvement with re-writing their(Dasa’s) constitution, their new council member (DP), sponsership and good will. To the detrement of the trade overall.

Why else would they ban a perfectly lgitamate survey that asks nothing of the customer other than their name and address and their permission to be contacted.

Whilst we wait for RF to take the next step, be assured that as service engineers we will keep in check our anger and get even instead!

We fully intend to increase the opportunities available to independents and not worry too much about RF. Whilst not disimissing him, for he is formidable, we are more than capable of out thinking him.
We have the advantage of suprise and more flexibility with quicker decision making and the support of most of his network, unknown to him his decision to ban Mark from doing the Market Research has increased his networks intrest in doing it.

We now anticipate that CDSL along with several manufacturers will ban their agents from selling an appliance to one of their customers. Whilst there is plenty of business to go round its worth pointing out that CDSL voucher scheme is not “appliance” specific, therefore the customer can use the vouchers to buy whatever she likes. LOL 😆

So I guess the gloves are off and we now regard CDSL as working against the independents and trying to resurrect Dasa to fight their corner. Unfortunately Dasa is now led by the LYING bastard Walter Russel, who shopped me to NESN and got me sued in the High court for trying to protect Jason from Trubshaw and doing the MFI work, which many of you took on. Therefore Dasa has moved into a period of insecurity. Their Chairman is a proven liar and snake in the grass, who will struggle to survive or move Dasa forward.

Make no mistake I will expose Walter for what he is, when the time is right…its called payback, and he owes me.

I would like to say at this time that Scott is not implemented in Walters treachory, he actually provided the truthful statements that proved Walters lies, although unwittingly.

    Just as an addition…….

The intended recipient of this letter at NESN instructed the person who made me aware of it to file it under “B” for bin as they had no intention of following RF’s request.

The only reason we have a copy is that it was willingly forwarded and kept at our request 😉

Whilst I m in Dasa CDSL will not have any controlling influence on DASA.

They are but a small voice.

Yes they may be used for sponsorship but so what . Where ever sponsorship comes from, withinn reason you take it.
