    I have been asked to do a report on a 6 mth old WD tommorow so that the customer can pass it on to the recievers ,which is interesting as I thought that there was no liability with regard to appliances .

    Customer ,but I am going to find out if the administrators told her to get a report or if she’s flying a kite ?.
