What’s the most stupid things customers say?

It never fails to amaze how the most simplest of conversations, advice or explanations are lost on so many customers.
I struggle to see how alot of customers get on in life.

For example today I had a customer ask ‘what is the heater for’ in her washing machine. 😯

There must be loads of great one sentence questions that leave you baffled as well.

When i have opened the front of an Amica washer and removed the broken weights from the bottom i had a customer ask … is that not just the transit blocks ?. Err no !!

in every blinking house you come out from and every customer thinks they are the first person ever to tell you. I must have been doing this too long as its starting to get to me now lol

You go out to a washing machine to remove coins from a pump for about the third time in a year and the machine is under warantee and the cust saya “Ive had nothing but trouble with this machine, i will never buy this make again”. arhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
