ParticipantRe: Zanussi Commercial gas fryers
The user manual he is looking for is a commercial dishwasher Chris.
I tried the pnc number and got nothing. 🙁

Try contacting http://www.ascateringsupplies.co.uk they may have or be able to help locate a users manual.

Depends on the model, they could be in beside the gas valves where you open the door on the fryer or behind the front control panel where the thermostat knobs are mounted on.

ParticipantRe: Unknown integrated washer
The info he has given you is a European directive number relating to Electromagnetic compatibility directive 😯 😆

Tell them to check the reset buttons on the safety thermostats 😉
Common problem with all commercial gas fryers, after they drain the oil to change it, the safety stats will trip if there is still to much heat in the pan.
I was at one today, the tell tail sign is fresh oil in the pan and pilot flame not staying on when valve is released.Hope this helps.

ParticipantRe: Comenda LF322 dishwasher.
You need to see where the hose gose to.
If it gose to the boiler tank it is rinse aid, if it gose direct to the wash tank it is detergent.
Any probs pm me.John.

ParticipantRe: Connect Prices
I don’t want to knock any supplier but i stopped using connect over a year ago, to expensive and usually out of stock. 😥
On the other hand i have had an account with Masterpart since 1999 and they usually have the parts that i am looking for at reasonable prices. 😀
