Model details are sgs55c02gb/01 ,
Tested today and water comes in ok and drains ok heater is working ,, customer said she opened the door without turning off when I was stuck on 1 min and when she shut the door timer went to 23 mins , unfortunately she canceled the wash and didn’t not let it run but all was wet inside

Hi Paul , the customer has tried 3 different programmes all with the Same result but I have spoken to her today and she said that it seems to be sticking on 1 min remaining ?

Hi I did follow the instruction to configure it but if I remember correctly they were not very clear and I did have some problems , can’t seem to find the sheet now do you know where I could download one ? Thanks alan

Thanks Dave , I’m not that familiar with the lg direct drive but I did check module connections etc , have a feeling it’s the motor at fault so will check windings

Hi thanks for your reply , I did think interlock but a quick search on google led me to beleve the rinse light was indicating brushes , well I changed them and they were very worn but the fault is still the same , so prob should have gone with gut instinct in the first place 😕

I can understand people not wanting to share work but if we are opposite sides of the country then what’s the problem? It can only be a few percent of the members on here that are in my service area so that leaves the majority with no reason not to help other people to make a living!!!
