Thanks Mike, i thought it would be the board as everything else tested ok , i was just hoping that there was a slim chance that it could’ve been fixed via a reset method or something as the customer has had a real shitty two weeks, he lost his wife then was in a car crash, his combi boiler broke down and know this. Thanks to all, it’s appreciated.

I did check for that Helo_75 and to see if maybe the door switch was a bit temperamental but all is ok, i have ordered the UKW fault code book in hopes that there’s a something in there that could help.

Sorry Penguin45 what i meant was the machine stops completely, it’s like it been turned off. and no i haven’t check the brushes as the machine spin fine with washing in it.
