    hi i had a look filter a bit blocked all pipes ok but still slow so i fitted new pump customer is going to see if it fixes prob ill let u no thanks lads

    most faults on beko machines end up coming down to the pcb so dont wase much time looking its prob that. alan

    hi brian the customer has justa rang she said it worked untill rinse then stopped rinse light on start flashing then she pressed start it done a couple of turns the flashing again pressed start again done rinse moved to spin didnt spin start flashing spin flashing she pressed start but nothing

    there is 3 in the back but iv not come across this machine before what is a ntc will it come in a thermostat kit i tested all and one is ok the other 2 are gone is that the ntc thats ok

    thanks ill give it a go . the only prob it i dont no her full name just first name and i dont really no her address but i can find that out do u think i can get away with not knowing her name
