ParticipantThanks for the reply , the clothes are warm but it takes a long time to get warm , the evaporator doest seems to be as cold as I would expect and bearly any condensation, I asked them to try a load in this afternoon and after 2 hours nothing in the water collector , seals and fans all working, its very clean inside with no fluff clogging anything, I think it is low on r134a as the low line doest even get cold enough to sweat ? High line is very hot cant hold it for more than a few seconds

ParticipantSuch a shame, there must be more warranty work available but I just can’t seem to find it , all the small warranty firms I worked for in the past have all gone

ParticipantRe: Kenwood KID60X16 fan?
When I visited the dishwasher had just complained wash and most was dry and warm, so I suspect it’s recondensating over night due to the very humid air trapped inside

No its hard to explain I wish I had taken a pic. My initial thoughts were a small pipe pushes onto it for draining but there isn’t a pipe for draining so I’m stumped as to why it’s there, it’s no so much a hole as a 20mm length 5mm hose coming out of the drum made of drum plastic, hope that makes sense it’s hard to explain, I’m thinking of just sealing it up??
