All that fecker will want to do is bulldoze the entire site and cover it in wind turbines,it’s happening in many of our most beautiful areas, he’s obsessed with them

Only problem there is He’ll probably make more money and profit from that that trying to fight the bucket shed’s for price.. still a sad day.

Re: How Much Do You Know About Washing Machines?

    ive had many times
“dishwashers not cleaning ontop rack “?

i take a look to see someone has hung a dishwasher freshner on the bottom of the top rack that stops the spray arm going around.

i think hello75 is spot on just more time needed to be with customer,is all it takes most of the time

Re: Crack in internal body of freezer!!!

    Hi

No this will not have any effect n the running of the appliance but will reduce the life of it as moisture will soak into the insulation.

Turn the appliance off and defrost with the door open for 48hrs,Dry it all off and then fill the cracks with a good quality silicone sealant overlapping the cracks. This will reduce any further moisture into the insulation.

Leave to set for 24hrs then re use as normal.

Re: Induction hob over a built under double oven….

    Hi

As long as you have a 10mm gap between them and also the gap at the front then it should not cause a problem as the ovens rarely actually go to the top and touch the worktop, there is always a space.

I have a V ZUG steam oven and a CDA 60cm induction hob above and yes the hob is thicker than the granite worktop.

Re: Induction hob over a built under double oven….

    Hi

You will need 2 x 6mm feeds from your consumer unit. I have a induction hob directly above a double oven without any problems but you must ensure that you leave a 5-10mm gap between the front top of your oven to your worktop. As the worktop overhangs anyway you wont see it but it will allow air flow to both units.

Please keep into same thread as it confuses everyone where the same problem is but each thread has a separate question for the same fault.

We have always worked the same way,
we charge for the call out on the 1st visit, this includes all the engineers time and labour and the customer pays for the part only on the return visit.

Re: Candy Grand GO FS 262 – Problems

    Hi

So fix one problem (filter/pump leak) and another pops up…
Ran a quick ’32 wash with a fairly heavy load of wet towels (from mopping up last job).
Should be a 30 degree wash but glass door was very hot and towels came out steaming. Has happened on a previous wash too.

Thinking it might be a thermistor/thermostat problem.
Anyone had any similar problems? or any ideas?

    Cheers
    Steve

Easier to keep in one so that others can see history of what you’ve done. 😀

Re: Rosieres expensive but poor quality

    Hi Squeezy

Rust on the bottom of the cavities are where they have been cleaned then not dried fully. If you clean the oven always turn the oven back on for about 5-10 minutes on full so that the heat dries out the damp that you an either not reach or see.

The problem you have happens on ALL ovens if they are not dried out fully.

    Re: Merc Vito 113

We’ve run Vito’s and all of them suffered from extreme corrosion problems, Over 5 years needed virtually every pannel had to be either replaced or reworked and acid treated by mercedes under warranty after numerous arguments. 1st van was leaking from day one and they wanted to remove the roof, acid wash it, then respray it..That idea didn’t go down well, injector problems and gearbox problems jumping out of gear within 80K.

Since moving over to Vivaro’s we’ve had no down time, servicing is done every 20K and starts every morning even buried in snow.

Would I spend the extra on Merc’s NOPE not again.
