    Re: Busy or what??

we on average do 40-45 calls a day, the last couple of months we were booking nearly a week in advance, yet at the moment we are doing calls as they come in, all the engineers are going out with a full day its just harder to get them booked up , 😥

    Hi

ER03 is when the sensors are picking up that something is on the hob.either staining / food ect or that the main board is duff.more likely dirty than main board.

Pressing on the controls will cause the er03 L is the control is locked by user

They are turning the appliance off before they allow the cooling off period to finish which means the heat box isn’t cooing down and the heat is transferring to the toc.

    Hi

Yes it is supposed to cure it but doesn’t always.it also has a habit of causing more damage to the liner behind the evaporator as the heater is on for longer.once the liner is burnt then the appliance is scrap..BUT samsung engineers aren’t allowed to tell you that but was informed to use a botch up sticky foil to patch it up.check behind the evaporator.if it’s damaged then samsung MUST give you a new once as it’s a known defect.

    Hi Kez,

The ISDAL part number is 9141200116. The appliance is the same as the Frigidaire FRC196FF.

    Re: whirlpool adg 7340

    Hello, first post…

This is an old thread, but it matches the problems I’m having with my dishwasher right now, so I thought I’d bump it and see if there are any suggestions.

My dishwasher is a Whirlpool ADG 7540. Towards the end of the cycle there’s a rattling noise from below. At first I described it as a stutter and searching for that lead me to believe that it might have a dodgy askoll pump, but after removing the front plate and watching it in action I’m not sure.

The right-angled rubber hose and the heater are moving around quite a bit with the rattling noise. It looks to me like something is stuck in there.

As per the OP there is a fine grey oily residue on the plastic parts inside – something I hadn’t taken too much notice of.

I’m also unsure who to remove the rubber hose clips to get a look.

Found a good image of the underside parts here:

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi

Nope, the heaters are modified and should come with a repair kit (botch up/cover up kit) to repair the split liner behind the evaperator steel sheet.
If you need one we have them in stock and also the mod kit to stop the ice ball forming top left of evap cover panel.

    Re: extreme workloads

since January we have been pretty much flat out, booked 2-3 day in advance, this week however has been very slow, we are managing to get everyone full up each day but we are doing them as they come in which is most unusual,
its so difficult to plan ahead 😕
