    Thank you. I’ll check the hose and see what happens if I go to half heat. I know the drum is turning so that isn’t the problem.

    If I have lost one of my heating elements is it worth repairing please?

    It’s still notification of a claim..All insurance companies won’t reduce and it will probably still stay the same for a couple of years. This is the same for car insurance policies. Notification of any claim or possible claim makes you a bigger risk.

    It will be the fan operation too that is stuck in the closed circuit position and it will need to be replaced.

    Normally evaporation sensor failure.. It may read what you think is correct.

    You can’t reprogram the machine.. There maybe a fault that could be repaired but you would need an engineer who knows samsung appliances to look at it.
