Turn the oven to maximum with a full roasting tin of water in it for about 90 mins and while warm clean inside using warm soapy water and rough cloth then let the oven dry while its hot.

The majority of manufacturers no longer use gaskets. If you continue to boil over reduce the water you have in the saucepan as your also wasting your electricity by boiling more water than is needed.
Manufacturers also advise wipe down with a damp cloth not a water logged one.

Out of warranty whirlpool re done by First 4 Service but crap rates for commercial products which will never be fixed on the first visit and no profit either on any parts..
If F4S gave the engineers a chance to make some profit from parts they would get a better service.

If it’s gas then I would advise you get a gas safe domestic appliance engineer or electric a standard appliance engineer. It may cost you more in the long run if you mess it up.

How desperate are you ?? They are available in south africa and they will export to uk.
Looks like a Gottak switch so there would be another number on the front of the switch or the back actually moulded into the body of it.

At a guess the sides will need to come off which might mean the top also has to come off also.

The door is not sealing correctly and allowing air into the freezer. This can come from either or both the fridge or freezer door but most likely the freezer.
