All our engineer vans (Merc Vitos)are limited to 72mph, I hated it at first but I have to say now I’m used to it its not that bad.
Its saved my bacon a few times (I am aware of the speed limits) when normally I would have been clogging it! 🙂Re: Cooker hood wiring
Try white with the blue from the cap, orange with the brown from the cap and brown connected with the incoming neutral on the chocolate block. 🙂

Check the connections to the drain pump (and the drain pump itself), I believe you can get F07 if the pump goes open circuit.
Otherwise try a pressure switch as you suggested 🙂

Haier slimline, I would try insulation testing the pump (has the base been flooded?) and heater checking for leakage before ordering a board (part number 0124000223)

Might be obvious but check spray arms are not blocked and turning. The pump will pick up the extra load if the arms are blocked and pulse.
