    Hi Steve,

    from memory I think there are a couple of holes in the hinges that you can use to insert a small screw driver or pop rivet pin to lock the hinge and remove from socket. Everything else is pretty straight forward.
    Like you say the drill bit is to accomodate larger bolts.HTH.

    Hi Rob,

    did you try resetting the program? Turn dial to a stop point on the program, hold reset button till red light flashes rapidly and then slowly, try choosing program again. If it doesn’t reset then likely to be main module. 🙁

    according to sios disc there are 2 models 858516115120 & 858516115121, unless there is an updated model which might be on the new sios disc due out soon. You could try phoning Whirlpool Technical on Monday on 02086495093 and speak with Adam Bigden or Mike Rayner.
