    have you tried BSH APPLIANCE CARE, they are the main bosch, neff supplier. As trade you will get discount 15 or 20{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}.

    I don’t think that’s the right model no.Looks more like a serial no.Are there no other numbers on the range?

    Hi John,

    I recently posted same question and got no replies. It’s the pcb you’ll have to replace £39.90 + vat from EMW or £49.96 + vat from Connect.

    Hi Robwash,

    you will probably find the board has blown tracking. Replacement board from EMW will fix it. £34.90 + vat.

    what model is it. There are settings on the main board for filling the tray.

    Hi Guys,

    just to update you on this appliance. 😀 Have solved the problem – I removed hinge cover on top of door, disconnected the plug between main module and door display module for 30 secs then reconnected. Freezer is dispensing ice and crushed ice ok again. Can only assume something caused main module to lock up. 8)

    have you checked the motor wiring for chafing on front concrete balast block,pressure switch fault? 😉
