    Hi Clayside,

    sounds like the valve for the condenser is not working.Also check sump is clear of any blockages.Hope this helps. 🙂

    Stat is red spot Part No Hpt1605160. Is the fan secure to the shaft of the fan motor? You have to take heater box off to check. Otherwise customer quitting program before cool cycle/ no water from condenser valve.

    is it not a relay you have behind the facia? They are prone to going faulty part number Hpt1701624.

    Hi John,

    you could try the motor plug. Have had a couple of these where the motor plug gets tugged out of the connector causing strange faults.

    Is there not a storage drawer or small flap that hinges down at bottom of appliance ❓ There’s usually a plate in there.

    Hi DOCTORDOOM,
    try disconnecting edge connectors from PCB and giving the connections a clean either with emery or a tooth brush. If that doesn’t work it’s probably a new PCB. EMW £34.90 + VAT.
