    Hi Deald,

    have you checked heater terminals for signs of overheating/burning?

    Hi Rocker,

    are you getting L + N coming into machine? Have had instance where plug or socket were faulty.Try different socket?

    Hi Rocker,

    Do you have a model number?
    Some of these AEG ‘s have a diverter valve on them that alternate the flow of water between bottom and top spray arms. could be it’s jammed or the motor powering it has gone.

    Hi Guys,

    went to see this F/F today. Dispenser only dispensing water and display is on all the time. Is the problem likely to be with the door switch or one of the modules? Door switch does switch light off when closed. 😕

    Chris,
    it was a bit of an experiment for me, because I have not tried doing a rear drum change on one of these. I don’t think I’ll be doing any more. I usually do pass them onto Hotpoint under warranty.

    P.S. you don’t have a part number for them drum support fixing screws do you?

    Chris,
    it was in a commercial premises and hotpoint wouldn’t fix it under warranty.

    OK they do drill out 😆 anyone got a part number for replacement screws 💡 😳 .
