    Oven is only 18 months old, so did think it strange. I tried googling model number and any sites selling Matrix spares said elements were no longer available. Maybe because Matrix only supply them? I have e-mailed CDA Matrix. Will try calling them in the morning.

    Have you tried changing the impellor jug(metres water as it comes in)

    Hi Martin, it happens on any program. Door lock seems to operate ok, locks and opens normally.
    Can choose a program but after a couple of seconds beeps and pumps out continuously with E13 in display. Could it still be door lock?

    Have managed to get an error code on display of F13 + C da.
    Any ideas what this relates to?
