    Hi Robbra and Goose,

    Frank Harrison and Ed Oxley is who you mean, used to work for them. I think they started there shop approx 1985 ish, so must have left Servis around then.

    Hi,

    This machine is 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} siltal, any chance of the bearing seal size?
    It may be possible to find the siltal genuine part number.
    Other than that, it would be a phone call to BSH, for all the Siltal spares through Bosch, are recoded.

    From experience, I prefer the chamffered glass edge rather than with trim, it is a lot easier to wipe clean.
    The only type of cooking induction does not lend itself too is Flambé cooking.
    As long as the wok is magnetic, then there is no problem in using this type of cookware.
    All cookware to be used on induction must be magnetic! (check with a fridge magnet )
