Re: Any feedback on ISE10 models yet?

Yep, as was mentioned I have sold a dryer and washer and as Penguin says these are built like a tank.

As we were carrying the dryer in my delivery driver asked ” is this the washing machine?”

It is early days no doubt, but the build quality is next to none and this is backed up with a 10 year guarantee. What do you have to lose?

Guarantee wise you couldn`t get better. The person who sells you the machine will be the same person who repairs it. No call centres, no long waits in a queue and a repair within the week at the worst.

To be honest when the first ISE machine came out I was sceptical to sell it as a retailer and repairer, but the back up and technical support is second to none and for this reason, after 15 years business, I have no reservations about recommending ISE machines to anyone. I know this sounds like an advert but I have absolutely nothing to gain from you buying an ISE as opposed to a Miele. I am only giving my honest opinion from my experience.

Is there any chance of posting some info on the ISE2, I had never heard of it until the ISE10 competition was announced.

That`s fine. They are currently doing an extension to their house and only phoned to see where to cut the vent hole in the wall for the hose 😕

Think I made the plumber happy 🙂

Yeh, that`s my thinking in this area as well. That`s why I thought the non-payment rate would be higher.

    Re: easi-rent

    Hi Andy,

I apologise if I offended you but the best way I find to look at a business proposition is to try and pick holes in it.

My first fear was the number of rentals I would have to get to make it viable and it seems from your figures that it`s not as difficult as I think.

My second was the amount of non-payers. I thought it would be quite high but 3.9{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} is a very workable figure. You have answered the questions I put to you and I`m sure they were questions other people were thinking. This can only go towards strengthening your case.

I`m sure that you have a business that is working for you and one that could work for other people. And if they put a bit of time in initially could sit back and get a regular income for doing next to nothing.

I`m sure this is not for everyone and would probably work better in bigger cities than rural areas where I am.

I wish you the best of luck with your venture and hope you, and anyone who takes up your offer, makes a tidy sum.

    Re: easi-rent

So let me get this right….. You wil give me £500 a month to advertise this? That means your hoping I rent out 40 machines a month and that only gets you your advertising money back never mind the initial outlay for the machine or any profit.

You`ve installed 600 machines since feb? That`s approx 70 machines a month. That`s brilliant!! I had no idea ISE was selling so many. I was under the impression Iadom was selling the most at about 200 the last I heard.Maybe Kwatt could give us a rough idea of how many ISE`s have been sold now.

But… you say non payment is at 3.9{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}. On your 600 machines thats approx 3 per month and I reckon it costs £50 to collect a machine(if you get it with no hassle) thats £150 a month it costs you but if your clearing £1150 per month then that still leaves you £1000.

But keep up the good work , only 400 to go to meet your target of 1000 in your 1st year.
