    I`m getting them to sign to say they are giving up their right to cancel within the 7 day period and that if they do so they are aware they will have to pay for any services they have already received.

    Two forms I got from trading standards I have put on an exel spreadsheet if you want a copy send me your email.

    Although the part numbers are different they are the same part.

    If you put penguins number in it supersedes to mine.

    The model is FAV35080IV, the serial no. you quote is the product no.and it looks like the on/off switch is on the module according to TDS.

    If this is the case the part no. is 973911235368009
