    You do not say how long this customer has had the I.S.E. 5 if it is less that a month may I suggest that you offer the cusomer her money back and sell the machine as second hand at cost so you should get your money back. When I sell an I.S.E. 5 I always offer to take back the appliance if they do not like the machine within a month.

    Freezer door plus bottom hinge parts and centre hinge parts.
    Part numbers and cost please so we can get clearance from D&G.

    Be warned it may not be water, but the module and or the motor. I have been to a few of these models and have found it to be the module.

    STOPPED USING THEM BECAUSE THEY CANNOT REPAIR ANY OF THE MORE DIFFICULT MODULS.

    Any parts you require can be supplied by our selves
    Bearings are not a spare part! may I suggest that you also change ALL seals.
