the front panel comes off just like a Bosch on some models and the later ones the bottom plinth comes off for access, do you have the model no. ?Bob

do you have the product code starting with 85 as there is a load of differant versions of that model.

quite a common fault on them, if you can get the inner tub to turn you can tighten the bolts back in to the spyder by removing the heater, done a few like that.

bottled propane and butaine are both LPG family liquid gasses, slightly differant operation pressures but with gastap bypass adjustment them jet should be ok.

the capacitor is the main compressor run capacitor and will upset the micon board if its arcing internaly.pm me your email address and i will foward some info.

i dont have access to an exploded diagram but i think this model has a diverter valve fitted in the gas flow from fridge to freezer. (whirlpool agents may conferm this)

possible the diverter valve/wheel is blocked or failed its part of the eater box.
