you have one main inlet valve and 2 others 1 for ice maker 1 for water, if the dispenser is working then the main valve and dispenser valve must be ok, just one left to check, it might be ok on the coil but is the valve opening ?.

first of all check the dryer heaters for earth leakage as they give strange symptoms when there is and earth leakage, and considering the dryer has been out of action its the first port of call if i was you.

thats provided the customer has reconnected the appliance correctly.

normaly just switch off appliance wait 10 seconds and switch back on, ice maker will return to its normal position and can be tested via the test button on the ice maker.
if it fails to work then it needs replacing.

the evaporator fan is located in the freezer compartment behind the rear panel, the clue to that is open the freezer door and listen for the fan noise.

can you hear the freezer evaporator fan running ?. as the symptoms you describe are what happens when the fan has stopped / become blocked with ice. with the appiance running set the freezer temp to coldest setting wait 1 min then open the freezer door and listen for any fan noise.

have you checked the pump/float microswitch as it is inline with the heater, common for the wire to corrode off.

does the door latch close the door correctly if not it will be water ingress into the door lock assembly.

wires detached from the NTC at the bottom of the condenser to tub hose, quite a common problem and easy fixed.

have you checked the tacho wires in the motor plug very common for them to snap internaly but look on on the insulation, try giving them a tug at the motor plug.
