the one shot stat is on the heater, did you measure it with the wires disconnected ?.

Hi twickniks,
Models fitted with A1 type Module
The one-shot thermostat is wired into
the Neutral supply of the module. If the
One-Shot Thermostat operates and
opens the machine will be ‘dead’ and
the display will be blank.
A fault code will NOT be displayed.have you checked the stats on the heater ?.

Hi Aplianceman,
normal places for the rating plate on build-ins
1 open the fridge door and its up under the facia.
2 behind the salad bins in the fridge may be on the l/h side.
3 behind the bottom freezer storage bin.
4 stuck to the back of the instuction/install instructions guide (some build-ins have loose label for the installer to attach to the appliance.
5 and if you are realy unlucky in the dust bin/skip with the packing on install.Bob.

it will be the module/100 bit card thats at fault, commercial code and serial number are required to obtain the correct part.

on that model when the float switch is operated it will tumble with heat for 1 min then turn off the heaters after a further 10min of cool down period the appliance will pause and flash the empty light.

check the customers instruction book if in there it tells you how to replace the plugtop with the wiring instructions then send her back to the manufacurer, if not its as Martin said.
