that model is product code 925034231-00, thats the only 1 shown on the site i access, the part number for that door is 2003786908, but please wait and see if 1 of the serviceforce lads come up with the model and product code you have.

it is a drain error but hoover have released a tech bull on that very fault, insulation test the heater when hot.

hotpoint have them to secure drum lifters when the securing tab has snapped off, and its better than scapping the machine.

if its only one hole just use a stainless steel self tapping screw with some sealant, thats provided the head of the screw will be on a flat surface.

if it has not got the torx screw in, it can be done from inside the drum just like the hotpoints.

the pump runs all the time, when the water tank gets full the float rises and switches off the heater and turns on the water tank full light.

only 3 pipes attached to the pump filter unit, 1 the sump hose, 2 the drain hose, 3 the filter draindown hose, small black pipe that should be blocked off with a plastic bung.
