thats an arcadia 2 module and you require the commercial 5 digit code to get the correct smart card or the softwear number of the module.

is this the rear condenser fan or the freezer evaporator fan ?.
the condenser fan is controled by an air sensor and the pcb, the evaporator fan is controled by the pcb via the door light switches.

the plunger should be free moving, the coil is prone to swelling an this part, seen it quite a few times, a new soliniod will cure it, stick with at it you are near to sorting the problem.

i would go for the hall senser first as its the cheapest and most common fault fo LE errors.

has the switch been changed at any time as there is a mod to the wiring for that, i causes the element to increase at the lower settings.

Hi Kwatt,
thank you for your posting, it brings back the reality of being self employed, after 8 years of being employed its now just knock and run for me and boy do i feel bad. if your post refects on the independents and the ones on your side then i feel frustation for you, but thanks for bringing back the values of being a proper appliance repair engineer and all the good days i remember.

have hotpoint removed the thermal fuses from the heater as it should have stopped that from happening.
